Highly recommend Pernaci's. They thoroughly explain every repair needed--things I brought the car in for--not things they just "found." Straight forward, no up-sell. Fair pricing. The shop is clean and well organized. Always treat their customers with respect. They have never talked down to me. They service two cars for me (and the cars before that) and have for several years now, having been suggested by a friend. Found I had a busted tire at 8:00 am, called Pernaci's and Chris had a new tire ordered and installed by 11. Will definitely use again and will recommend to others.
