Friday before Xmas..went in to pick up a quick gift, no help on floor, yet 30 employees passed by without a hello. But check out was super quick, cashier very friendly..which isn't the usual at this particular Kohls. Was out in record time..
Store is well organized! The cashiers are also a plus! My last two cashiers smiled, greeted and wished a good day/holiday. I love that kind of customer service.
Online pickup was quick and painless. If you enter Kohl’s through the Township Line Rd entrance, it’s immediately to the right after coming in. I had one of my orders cancelled recently because the item was no longer in stock but Kohl’s sent me a $5 e-gift card for my troubles.
My wife and I always do great shopping at Kohl's. This store has everything you need and fantastic prices, especially if you get a 30% coupon in the mail. It would be great if they would sell soft pretzels and soft drinks.
The young lady in shoes was very pleasant, professional and customer friendly. She attended to my shopping needs with courtesy and expediency. She also encouraged my purchase by sharing the in-store sales promotion which helped me buy today. I enjoyed my visit and will return again. Thank you! Sorry that I didn't get her name but she was very good at her job. That was early afternoon between 1pm and 3pm.
